We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data under UK GDPR and App Store guidelines. Request deletion of your FittasApp Customer or FittasApp Partner account below.

Data That Will Be Erased

Personal identifiers (Full Name, Profile Photo, Email, Phone)
Device registration tokens & push notification data
Live location tracking logs & stored search addresses
Saved payment preferences (Stripe customer profiles)
Active account credentials (Passcode / Login access revoked)

Statutory Financial Retention

To comply with UK HMRC financial tax and accounting regulations, historical booking transaction logs, invoices, and payment receipts are retained for up to 6 years. Personal identifying fields on these financial logs are anonymised (replaced with [Deleted Account]).
